Yard Art Day is an annual national celebration of creativity held on Labor Day.
While there is no organized Yard Art Day event for 2023, we urge you to continue to explore and express the creativity that lives in all of us. We are in the process of developing a more viable and stable model to celebrate this exciting and vital day for years to come. We sincerely appreciate your patience as we take our next steps.
Countdown to Yard Art Day 2024
Labor Day • September 2
YAD Founder – Deborah Triplett 1949-2023
My passions throughout life have remained the same – friends, family (including my four-legged members), art, photography and gardening. There is one word “Timshel” (Hebrew, choice between good and evil) which is meaningful to me and a quote that says it all “Be the kind of woman, that when your feet hit the ground in the morning, the devil says OH CRAP SHE’S UP.”
